Impact Statement:

Jewish HomeLife Care is very active in Atlanta, and among its many properties, it owns and manages two low income senior properties, Jewish Towers and Zaban Towers, which sit on the same campus.  The Preservation Feasibility Study indicated that with available rent increases, they could leverage significant new capital for much needed capital improvements.
